About Custom Orders

How long do custom orders take?
Custom items can take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to complete depending on how backed up I am, if I have to order the stones/inclusions and the complexity of the item ordered. This time frame does not include shipping times.

What if I need my item by a specific date? 
Please be sure to order the item at least 4 weeks before you will need it plus a couple days for shipping. Please let me know the date you need it by when you order and I will do my best to insure it is done when you need it. If you do not order at least 4 weeks before the date you need it I can not guarantee the item will get to you in time! 

Are there any fees associated with custom orders?
Yes there is a $10 non-refundable fee added into the price of every custom order. 

Are there any deadlines for ordering custom items for the holidays?
Yes! If you are ordering a custom item for a Christmas gift all orders must be placed before November 14th. I still accept custom orders after that time but I do not guarantee them by Christmas. If you've missed the cut off time please contact me and I will see what I am able to do, I may have something premade that will fit your needs that will ship same day.

Can I put a rush on a custom item?
No, currently you can not rush an item, I hope to offer this as an option in the future.
