      At Treasures by Turtle I stand by my product 100% and if there are any issues with your purchase please contact me as soon as you notice them. I will work with you to remedy the situation quickly and effectively. If a return is necessary here are the requirements to get a refund.

      1. The refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

      2. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of requesting the refund.

      3. The item must be returned in it's original condition. I will check the item against its photos from the website.

      ALL 3 of the requirements must be met to receive a refund.
