Thank you for your interest in my art event! Please fill out the following form and I will be in contact with you if you are accepted as a vendor. All items must be handmade I will not accept anything that is not.

All applications must be submitted by August 10th 2024.

• You will have space for a 6' table an all items must be family friendly.

• The vendor fee is $20.00 and is not refundable. Payment is due within 14 days of approval, if it is not received within that time you will loose your spot. You will receive an invoice directly from me to secure your spot. Do not pay anyone other than Treasures by Turtle. I will NOT use social media platforms for payment requests.

• Location: 2084 9th St Ste. D, Baywood-Los Osos, CA 93402

• Date and Time: September 7th 2024 11am-3pm

• Set up starts at 10am and you are responsible for cleaning your area and must be cleaned up by 4pm.
